Pre-Production Project Information Gathering - This is the first step in the process of creating your video. Suitably to your schedule, we will arrange a friendly over-lunch meeting in a location of your choice. Here we will disscuss the overall requirements of your project to help us to decide on the most suitable following steps. Quotation - After careful review of the notes from the initial meeting, we prepare a quotation based on your needs and goals. Upon approval of the quotation, we proceed through the production. Outline and Script Review - This is the meeting where you give us all the relevant information you want included in your video. When we receive all your outlined materials, our writers work with you to develop a script if required. Shot List Preparation - Based on the script, all of the needed shots are mapped out before any shooting begins. This process is best known as 'storyboarding'. Production Video Shoot - Our experienced team begin the video shoot, capturing all necessary footage with attention to detail. Narration Recording - If required, a chosen male or female narrator records any narration needed to enhance the video. Post-Production Digital Editing - The editing process begins, following the arranged script where relevant. We deliver a rough edit for your review. A final edit is created based upon your feedback and creative input any after effects or 3-D renders applied. Mastering and Duplicating - The final presentation is mastered onto a digital format. We can then handle any of your duplication needs for videocassettes, CD-ROM or DVD.
